【退貨申請方式】
1.依《消保法》規定，消費者有7日商品鑑賞期之權益(「天數」計算以超商取件或宅配簽收單為憑)。猶豫期非試用期，商品需全新未開封，若商品已開封，恕無法辦理退貨退款手續。收到商品超過7天，恕不接受退貨。

3.當您遇到瑕疵商品換貨，我們會經過確定瑕疵後補寄新商品給您，將由我們全部負擔此次運費。
4.當您提附退貨申請後，即同意我們的退貨原則，並接受我們代為處理發票作廢及相關的後續處理事宜。
5.堅持要退換貨者，必須全商品包裝完整，寄回運費我們會支付，但訂購時運費是買家自行負擔!

【退款說明】
1. 若您使用信用卡付款，退貨商品收回並經工作人員確認商品數量無誤後，會進行線上刷退；退款實際入帳日期，依各發卡銀行入帳日不同有所差異，請您洽詢發卡銀行確認實際入帳日。
2. 若您使用其他方式付款，必須請您提供正確的匯款帳號，以利完成退款手續。
3. 確認符合我們的退款標準，且資料確認無誤後，我們14天內會再將款項退到您的帳戶。
